Best rate, best move yet

After reciveing a quote and scheduling for pick up, i was bit concerned because I have moved numerous times and the end price has allways been more than expected. Best rate showed up about 15 minutes late which undederstandable since I was living in Los Angeles. The forman (Martin) gave me a few additional options for paking my stuff and did a wonderful job protecting my fragile items. After packing he finalized the bill and it eas about 10% percent more beacuse I left a few items off my list when i recived the original price. We agreed on a delivery in three weeks and they would give me the storage for free. I called them after a week that I was ready to recive my items on the 17th (a week sooner than planned) they said no problem we'll be there. I called a few day later to check the status and they said they were planning to be there on the 17th in the morning. To my disbelief they arrived at noon. (Ive been told by other compaanies that they would be there and best rate was actually the only one to make it on time, less a few hours). Most of my stuff arrived in great shape. I packed a couple of boxes myself in boxes I got from freinds that where a abit worn out and some of my glasses and dishes broke, and I had a lamp shade tear. I called them to complain and they sent out a claim form. A week or two after I returned it there was a check in mailbox. If i have to move again(hope I dont) i'll call them for sure.
