The moving crew worked quickly and efficiently and did not break anything or bang up any walls. My major complaint is that something expensive was stolen out of one of our boxes during the move. We moved on a Saturday and did not notice the missing item until Sunday while unpacking. I called Bekin's first thing Tuesday morning and was met with a very negative response from everyone I spoke with. They called the driver who suggested we go through all the boxes in the garage, which we already have. The suggestion from the claims department was to call and make a police report. There was no attempt on their part to replace the value of the item. I would not recommend this moving company.
