I have never written a complaint nor felt this compelled to do so. I moved from La Quinta only 11 houses up the street and had Bekins move only the large furniture. There were no stairs and both homes had large doors. They smashed my coffee table leg and offered only $100 to try and fix it.It is true I did not buy the extra insurance, but moving 11 houses and only a couch and a few tables should be easy. I was insulted and had to buy a new table. Don't use them. They kept blowing me off. They do not do business well, and they never did send me the $100.00 check.
