I have been a customer of Bank Freedom since 10/2008. I was satisfied with them until recently. I applied for Mobile service and decided not to get it. A hold was put on my account for the service. The mobile company sent Bank Freedom a letter stating that the account was never opened and to release my funds. This was on 12/18/2008, as of 12/29/2008 I have yet to received my money. Never again in life. Make sure that you research the company before you intrust them to your money.
