The worst customer service possible. Don't be fooled by the nice website and 1-800 phone number as it would appear Jon is the only one that works there and he can't be bothered with answering the phone or any bothersome emails. I never got all of the parts I ordered and can't get them to send them. Do not use them despite the appearance of legitimacy and low pricing.
