Watch out for this company!!

I placed and order the first week of October 2012 and my Visa card was charged that day for almost $400. I patiently waited 2 weeks and having received nothing from them in communications or shipment, I emailed to cancel the order. They had not shipped any items at that point (although they said they tried to call that very day--they did not as I was by the phone that day) and after a couple of emails back and forth, they said they would refund but would take a few days. After a couple a weeks and no refund, I again emailed and they replied they would check on it.
It has been 2 months since I ordered, 6 weeks since I canceled and they said I would receive a refund and nothing. I have since emailed and left voice mail but nothing. I will be contacting my credit card company and lodging a complaint with them. I don't know if I will receive my money back, but at least Visa can black ball them.
I don't know why it is so hard for some businesses (people) to be honest and not steal from others. Frankly at this point, I think they have stolen my money, since they ignore my requests. I wish there was someway to get these reviews out so that people can find them better.
