American Van Lines saved me from going crazy on moving day. I had booked services with another moving company and 3 hours before the driver was supposed to show up, the dispatch center called me to tell me that as much as they tried, they were very sorry but had no carriers to assist me with my move. They gave me a full refund of what I had already paid but what was I supposed to do?
I call AVL, which was the second runner up when I was searching for moving companies. After telling I told you so, they went ahead and helped me out. I had to wait a full week before getting a carrier, but i couldnt complain, maybe if I would have scheduled with them from the beginning, this wouldnt have happened. So thanks AVL for taking me back.
