Moving Crooks! Lied, Try to Extort me, and said that they were going to donate my stuff to crackheads!!!!

I am in the process of taking this company to court. I moved from LA to Albuquerque. I put in a moving quote on the computer and was contacted by Giovanni who said he was the owner. I come to find now after my stuff is GONE that his name was John aka Josh and he was never the owner. There was never a Giovanni (he lied). In writing Josh had promised me that my move would be $500. The company min was $1000 but he gave me a special price of $500 for the move-- so I decided to go with that company. I paid paypal immediately, and my stuff was picked up for the move. After a month of not receiving my items I kept asking about them. I received text messages from him saying " I don't do moves for $500", " Your stuff was dropped of in New Mexico today, and I need your money like I need cancer, your flirting is not going to get you a free move that's all I will send you the key and address to storage" and the last text he sent me was "Go F$#* yourself, I'm donating your stuff to crackheads". No man should ever ever talk to a woman like that. I was really scared too because he had all of my personal information and all my stuff. I had begged for weeks for my stuff and never got a straight answer. On the same day he said "Oh, your stuff is in Arizona, then two mins later he said my stuff was in a storage unit in Texas, then it was in Albuquerque. I never received my stuff and LOST EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER OWNED!!!!! Apparently to the new owner they brought my stuff back to California. Never received a call from anyone from that company and they ended up stealing my items. I came to Albuquerque with just a small dufflebag and now I have nothing! I lost my jewelry, my grandmother's purse she gave me before she died, all my clothes/ shoes, EVERYTHING! Oh, and then they tried to have my sign insurance papers to get what a mear $300 from insurance and told me to sign a back dated document that they would forge. I won a paypal dispute against them, but all in all I just wanted my stuff. Now I'll never see it :(
