This company should be sued for highway robbery!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! We had so many problems with them, it wasn't even funny. Firstly, we were quoted a price for the job, then midway across our drive from Texas to Oregon, we were told it was going to cost $2,700 more than originally quoted. I was being paid relocation by my job - how embarrassing to have to go to them and explain that the movers now wanted more money! Our next problem was that they arrived a day later than expected without even a phone call to notify us. Our final problem was that they damaged our washer and dryer and nicked various furniture items. They made my husband sign a paper stating our items had arrived in good condition and they wanted a check for payment before unloading our items. It turns out after the fact we complained to the company, we received a letter back stating that we signed a document stating our things arrived in good condition, so they weren't responsible. Well, what a bunch of crap! We were blackmailed into signing the paper before we saw our furniture and belongings. I will NEVER use ANY movers ever again. I will hire college students to load a U-Haul and drive it myself.
