I hope I can be everybodys red flag!!! First of all, I was going through a divorce, and being married to a soldier at the time, the army wouldn't help me pay to get my stuff back across the country. I tried the cheapest way out because I couldn't afford to pay almost 6 thousand dollars for the company I really wanted. I was referred to this company through a broker and regret every second of it. They had called me saying they were going to pick my stuff up on a Sunday between 12 and 4. I had everything ready and waited by the phone so I wouldn't miss them. They finally called me at 530 pm saying they weren't going to make it until the next day and said that the time frame would be between 1 and 3. At 430 they called saying they couldn't get on base and were stopped by the police. Red flag!!! I went to the gate they were stopped at and come to find out, the driver of the truck didn't even have a valid drivers license and was pulled over. He was even fined for it. After sitting out in the sun for about an hour they were released and followed us to our house. They lacked communication, and felt they could of been nicer. They left after a couple hours, and in the following two weeks I tried calling the company numerous amounts of times and never was able to get ahold of a single person. Finally got a call the weekend my delivery would be here telling me the name of the driver and when my stuff would be here. Of course the time frame was different as usual, but was surprised when the truck pulled up! Not a good surprise either. He ripped down my neighbors cable line, never apologized nor helped me to get that issue resolved, and to top it all off there was only one mover to move all my stuff into a storage/shop. The guy was rude, arrogant, and cocky, and whenever I would ask him a question he treated me like I was stupid, and was short with me. Beings it was just him moving my stuff it took a little over 3 hours just to take stuff from the truck 10 feet away and put it into our shop. Most of my stuff was damaged/scratched up pretty badly, even all our brand new stuff we bought one month before our move. It was horrible!!! Never in my life would I recommend this company to anyone. My whole experience was terrible!!!
