If I could give ZERO stars I would.
1. POOR customer service. They talk about you in Chinese while your there (I could understand). Over 1 hour to set up account, and another 1 hour to cancel.
2. Made up FAKE verbal contracts: one of the co-managers claimed to provide free trucking service to and from. Decided to change their mind AFTER contract signed, which was the whole reason to rent this place. Asked for refund, and they would not refund $20 admin fee when I had not even set foot in the storage facilities nor used the property and just paid couple hours before. Manager decided suddenly to change the "non-refundable admin fee" to a $20 cancellation fee. Let me repeat, NOTHING written on contract.
3. Asked to see trucking contract, in which they brought out, then decidedly tore out of my hands and ripped it. However made the mistake by stating that no where in trucking contract are their "so-called" rules of usage. Not even the 20 mile limit they discuss, so technically speaking you should be able to use it.
4. BLAMED customer that it was my fault for not asking specifically before contract signed. I had, and they did not follow up.
I WOULD NEVER recommend this place when next door you have public storage for cheaper, better service, more hours, and actual contracts to abide by. Do yourself a favor and shop around for storage before signing here, they could change anything on you to screw you over in a bigger way.
