I first went to airsplat because I had a close friend who had bought from them and swore about their service and selection. I browed through their website and was very pleased to find that the product descriptions were very in depth and concise. I liked how it placed all the information that you needed up front to help make your decision easier. I called my order in and to my surprise I was able to speak to a real person. I placed my order with Moses who was not only very professional, but had a great knowledge of the products. He very quickly placed my order, and gave me an approximate date on when it should be delivered. Three days later, I had a knock on my door and it was a UPS driver my package in hand. I was astonished to have gotten my order so quickly! I took the box in side and found every item inside packed in pristine condition. The only problem that I had was to find out how to charge the battery. I called again and this time I spoke to Jon. He was able to quickly and comprehensively walk me through on charging times and entire gun care. I can not sing enough praises about airsplat and will continue to be a lifelong customer.
