Spend your Money Elsewhere!
1/4 Placed an order for a 10x10 enclosed canopy and my Credit Card was charged immediately.
No mention of item being out of stock on item order page. No mention of backorder in my order confirmation.
1/10 - Sent Email asking for status. No response
Called on 1/14 - Spoke to a woman who couldn't give me any info but asked if she could find someone to ask and call me back in a few minutes. 3hrs later
with no return call I called back. Spoke with a gentleman who also couldn't give me any info about my order "the system is down". Told me all orders
take 15 days and we were only at day 11.
No mention of a standard 15 day lead time is posted anywhere on the item page or in the confimation email sent to me.
Website states"
"We strive to ship out all customer orders(excluding custom orders) within 24 hours. Most customer orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are shipped out on the next day. We are located on the west coast in Los Angeles... So we're still going! "
1/22 - 18 days after placing my order still no word of it shipping. I called again. This time spoke to a gentleman who tried his best to be helpful. I was put on hold 3 or 4 times while he tried to find my order.
He finally told me they were waiting on a part which had arrived. My order would be shipping the next day 1/23. I asked several times, "Are you sure it's going out tomorrow?" "It's definitely going out tomorrow?" Each time I was assured 1/23 was the final ship day. I was sent tracking numbers an hour or so after the call.
1/23 - Checked the tracking numbers - Not found in the FedEx system. The
order didn't ship.
1/24 - Sames as above.
1/25 - Called Again. Spoke to a woman who happily told me my order was shipping that day. I told her of the conversation I had on 1/22 she had no explanation. She said The valance had just come in and they were shipping out the order. checked tracking numbers later that night. 21 days after taking my money, my order finally shipped.
1/29 - order arrived. Box was falling apart instructions were wadded in a ball that looked like scrap paper. Middle part of the box was open. Looked like two boxes were taped together to make one.
2/1 - Nearly a month after placing the order we stated setting up the canopy only to find 3 parts are missing. Not wanting to deal with these people one
more time I manufactured my own two way connectors. All tarps had mildew. Ball ends of valance pull strings were crushed.
Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
