DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!
I saved for years to be able to buy a 14X40 canopy to put over some kennel runs. I was told I was buying a "heavy duty" canopy. I was then living on the west coast, where it rarely snows.
What arrived was a cheap piece of crap. The "canopy" is the same type of blue plastic you can buy at Walmart for FAR less. Plus, it was too small for the frame and tore just trying to bungee it on. The frame itself was cheap and unstable, as proved by next day breezes of 10mph that took the whole thing down. (thank goodness there were no dogs in the runs!)
I contacted them to see where I should send it back to and they would not give me an address and told me I COULDN'T send it back, After months of emailing back and forth(no answer from phone messages), I just gave up. I lost over $900. I sold the kennel runs.
These people are thieves and liars. I cannot emphasize this enough. If I had had the funds for a lawyer, I would have sued them.
