Total FRAUD!!!! Waiting since 9/03/09 for my refund, Wrongly charged. Have been told it will be refunded in a week and that was 3 weeks ago. Prior to that I was told I would be refund with in a week. I keep getting this "Oh we are backed up" Yeah bc you have all these illegal transactions you put through to begin with! When you call, you will be dropped NUMEROUS times and then when you get someone you never get a straight answer of when you will get your refund. And the kicker is it never should have taken place to begin with!
