ABI Fine Art of 3171 Kashiwa St., Torrance, California 90505-4041 has been practicing dishonest sales practices and cheating consumers for an extended period of time. I have been cheated and have been in contact with others with the same experience. ABI Art gathers up art objects on consignment, sells them, and then refuses to pay the owners the amount which was promised. They make a few small payments, claim problems, make future payment promises which they break, and then stop paying completely. Of the cases I am aware of the customers have been waiting close to a year and have been paid less than half of what they are due. Please expose Mr. Rick Hancock, the owner of ABI Art for the dishonest businessman that he is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
