They were 45 minutes late. They moved slowly but I had a small move so they finished just over 2 hours.
I paid in cash. They would not give me my change, said they weren't required to carry money for change.
Exact cash requirement is NOT listed on their website and I was not told that when I placed my order.
I called corporate and Serg did not know what to say. Said he would get back to me but he didn't.
After they stole my cash I did not tip them.
I would say do not use this company unless you want to pay more than your quote.
ABC Moving has thieves working for them. I'm sure the driver pockets the extra money.
